135mm Tail Weighted Needlefish

The 135mm Tail Weighted Needlefish is designed for situations where casting distance and stability in the wind are useful, while still allowing you to fish relatively shallow.
Moving more of the weight towards the tail helps the lure cast well and can make it more stable in flight. During the retrieve, it rises more readily than the Standard Needlefish, making it worth trying over shallow reefs and other areas where you want to keep the lure up.
The 25g version can be a useful starting point in calmer conditions. The 30g and 35g versions give you heavier options when the wind picks up or you need more casting distance.
As with any Needlefish, the weight, retrieve and conditions all influence the presentation. Experiment with different approaches to find what works on the day.
Choose your weight and colour, then select Silent or Internal Rattle.
All lures are supplied without hooks. Optional assist-style rigging can be ordered separately at £2.50 per hook.
